By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms — or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from Counting By Corgis at the number you provided. Messages may include replies to your inquiries, waitlist and litter updates, puppy photos and videos, pick notifications, and delivery coordination.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing a puppy.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your removal. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (931) 229-0663.
Your consent stays with us: your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is used only to communicate with you about Counting By Corgis.
When you contact us, join our waitlist, or subscribe to our mailing list, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, general location (city/state or zip, used to plan delivery logistics), and anything you tell us about your home and family. We use this information to answer your questions, match you with the right puppy, coordinate deposits and delivery, and send updates you've asked for.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you — for example, with our payment processor (Square) when you pay a deposit or invoice, or with our form provider, which delivers your website messages to our inbox.
Mailing list emails include an unsubscribe option, and you can leave the list anytime. Our website is a simple informational site; we don't run advertising trackers. Third-party services we link to (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Square, our form provider) have their own privacy policies.
