Corgi puppies in California, hand delivered from our Tennessee home

We've delivered many of our corgi puppies to California, and we'll confess something: the puppies are thrilled to trade their early weeks of Tennessee humidity and rain for California sunshine and perfect weather — and we really enjoy an excuse to visit a big city!

How a puppy gets from our home to your front door

  • In cabin, never cargo. Your puppy flies right under the seat in front of us — either with us or with a trusted flight nanny.
  • We come personally whenever we can. This summer alone we flew into Los Angeles and Burbank to hand deliver corgi puppies to their new families.
  • Airports: we fly into LAX, Burbank, San Diego, and SFO — that covers most of the state — and we work with each family to find the best combo of flight times, convenience, and budget.
  • Cost: delivery typically runs around $850, quoted per trip so there are no surprises.
  • What comes with your puppy: all of the paperwork — vet records, registration, and our Purchase Contract & Health Guarantee — plus probiotics to keep tummies settled through the big transition. (There's no room in an airline carrier for a bag of food — we use Purina Pro Plan Chicken & Rice puppy food, so have that waiting at home.)

Not in California? We hand deliver all over the country.

Hello, Orange County!

Two of our 2026 pups, Hershey and Peter, are living their best lives in Irvine.

Hershey, a chocolate American Corgi puppy from Counting By Corgis, playing in the grass at his new home in Irvine, California
“Hershey is amazing! He sleeps through the night. Plays well independently and with us. Everything you and your family did for him while under his care really made the difference in his transition to his new home. We are so grateful!”

Peter, a fluffy sable Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy from Counting By Corgis, standing in the doorway of his new home in Irvine, California
“Peter is the sweetest, we love him so much. He completely understands the pads and goes on them. It’s fantastic!”

Los Angeles

Our adorable Miss Pixie — now Kaia — is a true LA girl now, and she's even working on her modeling career: she recently starred in a video for Kind Tail, a maker of beautiful and functional puppy crates. Not bad for a girl who was born on a farm in Tennessee just a few months ago.

“OMG we are so in love! She is doing so wonderfully! Sleeping really well in her crate, going potty mostly outside (the rain really threw her off yesterday lol) and she has just the sweetest personality.”

San Francisco & the Bay Area

Fudge and Truffle both landed in greater San Francisco.

“She has been so good and has such a great demeanor. We all love her and the dogs have taken to her as well.”
Meredith · San Francisco, CABrought home Fudge
Truffle, a chocolate corgi puppy from Counting By Corgis, curled up asleep against her family's Doberman at home in San Francisco, California
“She is sooooo sweet! 0 fear with the big dogs lol — her and the Doberman are inseparable. She is doing great!”

Our LA delivery trips (the part where we confess we're tourists)

After our most recent deliveries, my husband and I stayed on for a few days in Los Angeles. We spent a day at the Getty Center and another at the Getty Villa in Pacific Palisades — the views and the art were amazing. We ate our fill at Loaded Cafe every single morning, and then someone told us about the pastries at Porto's. What?!? That place is incredible. If you're a California family who brings home one of our puppies, expect us to ask for restaurant recommendations.

We don't ship — we deliver.

We craft each delivery to suit each family and their puppy, and we absolutely LOVE seeing our puppies get settled into their new homes. To learn more about the puppies we have right now, see our available puppies, and if you're planning for a puppy a little later, join our waitlist.
